Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Payment Method Ownership
All payment methods used on fly99 must be registered in your own name. fly99 does not permit the use of payment accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, friends, or business associates. Any deposit or withdrawal attempted via a third-party payment account may be reversed and the associated fly99 account subjected to review. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud and to maintain compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Declined or Failed Transactions
fly99 is not responsible for transactions declined by your mobile wallet provider or bank. If a deposit fails after funds have been deducted from your wallet, you should contact your payment provider first.   5. If fly99 reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions across multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or participating in coordinated bonus extraction schemes — fly99 may void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The fly99 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other sign-up offer unless a specific promotion explicitly permits combination. Sports Betting — Void Bets

In the case of void bets, only the original stake is returned — no winnings are paid.
Maximum Winnings

Prohibited Conduct

  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or money laundering
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, game logic errors, or payment processing vulnerabilities to obtain funds not legitimately won
  • Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence

fly99 reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon reasonable suspicion of any of the above conduct, pending a full investigation. During a suspension, access to the account will be restricted and withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. If an investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld legitimate funds returned promptly.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by fly99's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. fly99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to fly99 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

10. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

fly99 reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform or these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fly99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which fly99 operates. fly99 and the player agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
